Completely agree! It really opens up trust and makes people believe you mean it when you then say you are good at something. When I was interviewed for my current role I said multiple times that a core aspect of the job wasn't my strength and told them they could definitely find people better at that - they listened then when I pointed out what I brought to the table that was unique. This ultimately worked for me and I got the job.
